寫作範例by me:

Few kids were doing exercise on the shool playground.

There were two boys among them playing pass and catch, and they were so absorbed in the sport.

After a while, one of them was so desperate for catching the ball that he fell down by accident.

His kees were scraped so he turned to the health center for help.

The boys couldn't help shedding tears because the wound hurted and he seemed to look a little bit terrified.  

The nurse there did the wound care and conforted him to make him calm down and feel better. 

想要練習寫作或是口說，平常可以拿照片或圖片，自我測試，看可以寫出或是講出多少內容。

一開始也許會卡卡的，害怕寫出或是講出的內容沒那麼恰當或是文法有錯。

不過我是認為想怎麼講就怎麼講，不要想著對錯，先寫or講出來比較重要，突破這一個關卡之後

之後可以查查字典，文法書，上網發問，請教學校或補習班老師

然後慢慢的，你會發現你的內容會愈來愈豐富，口說也會愈講愈流利喔!
