寫作範例by me:

As you can see, in the first picture a little boy looked dirty all over his body.

In the meanwhile, he was eating a cookie holded with his hand.

A girl classmate even frowned at him.

He was probably a boy who hadn't noticed how dirty he was.

But luckily, one day when he got into his room, he was taken aback by the scene in the room, because the room was taken up with garbages, cockroaches, lousy food, and dirty laundry. 

He was so shocked that he made up his mind to change the situation. 

So he went to take a bath and then clean up his room.

After finishing all the work, he finally looked decent and found fulfillment. 

想要練習寫作或是口說，平常可以拿照片或圖片，自我測試，看可以寫出或是講出多少內容。

一開始也許會卡卡的，害怕寫出或是講出的內容沒那麼恰當或是文法有錯。

不過我是認為想怎麼講就怎麼講，不要想著對錯，先寫or講出來比較重要，突破這一個關卡之後

之後可以查查字典，文法書，上網發問，請教學校或補習班老師

然後慢慢的，你會發現你的內容會愈來愈豐富，口說也會愈講愈流利喔!
